Important site briefing notice: Parking in the Durban CBD is limited and may be difficult to secure. Bidders must plan their journey and arrival accordingly to ensure that they are present before the scheduled starting time. Difficulty finding parking will not be accepted as a reason for late arrival. The meeting doors will close promptly at 11:00, and bidders who arrive thereafter will not be allowed entry to the compulsory site briefing.
